using my current answering machine

Do I have the option of continuing to use my panasonic digital answering machine instead of sonic's voicemail service?

Sure. Just go into voice settings (either through members.sonic.net or using the Fusion app) and turn voice mail off, or set the number of rings for voice mail higher than the number of rings for your answering machine.

I recommend the latter, setting the rings. That way your answering machine will pick up first if no one is on the phone. But if you are on a call and get another one via call waiting, you can ignore it and know that you'll be getting a message (well, if the caller chooses to leave one).
