Fusion iPhone app unreliable since last update

I have been using this app since it came out last year, and have liked it. But recently I have been having problems.
When I get notifications for the voicemail function, and go to the screen to retrieve my voice messages, about half the time I cannot play back the message. When I click on the message and try to play it, the message just
closes back up and I cannot play or hear it. This does not always happen, but when it does I miss messages, and this has already had some negative consequences for me. I contacted Sonic tech support and was absolutely astounded to find out that there is not standard support for this app. Very un-Sonic-like (and, I must say, unprofessional).

Are you using an iPhone 5? Just curious.
