Incoming Fax Issues

I see that some other user has also reported this. We are also having the same problem. I did test sending a fax to myself and it worked, but other faxes are not coming in. Some do, others do not; it is random. Our office regularly requests faxes from the insurance companies using their fax-back servers (two or three daily) The problem has surfaced since the beginning of February 2014. One person also reported that she manually sent a fax last Friday and it did not show up on our side.
