wordpress admin reset not working

I'm able to reset my admin password but not able to login with the new password.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

try asking Support -- giving the exact path to the location where you think the wordpress files exist. The location of files changed sometime and old ones don't update properly, I think. Just another confused user, mind ya.
