IE 11 fails to open New Message maximized.

Hi Sonic folks!
I have a serious issue with IE 11. When attempting to utilize the Compose feature, the New Message box fails to open maximized. UI is unavailable, such as the From, To, and navigation. Rescaling is non-functional partially as well.
Utilizing the fix with reboot did not resolve the issue.
Win7Pro
IE 11 v11.0.3
Any suggestions?

Try Compatibility View.

There is no compatibility feature function when IE recognizes the site as compatible. The problem is with WEBMAIL specifically.
So far no assistance or alternative from Support. Not sure why we cant use the old mail system.

I'm investigating this, but you are wholly free to use the old mail system (assuming you're talking about SquirrelMail). It's even linked from the login page for Webmail.

This is occurring in FF, Chrome, etc. now. Is there any way to select in the UI or in Profile settings to open the compose message in a new tab, or other way to maximize it to access the From and To fields properly?

We're trying to reproduce the bug. May I ask what version of Browser you are using and OS?

No problem!
Currently occurs on:
Windows7
IE 11.0.4
Chrome Version 33.0.1750.149 m
MAC OS 10.7.5
Safari
Firefox 21.0
Chrome Version 33.0.1750.149
Safari 6.1.1
The issue also occurs on just about any public computer I access, on campus for example, which are Windows 8. My guess is that the problem with the compose window launching minimized UI is that it is account specific, since it occurs cross browser, and OS, and is not specific to my personal machines, but also public ones.
