Not Receiving any fax from a Remote Station

Can someone help me please ..
I am not receiving any fax from a Remote Station 415-695-7110, other area code works fine.

The transmissions from that number fail because the remote fax machine unexpectedly sends a disconnect message when the fax service asked for the remote fax machine’s fax capabilities. It is a problem with the remote (sending) fax and not with the area code from which it is transmitting. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
