I have to give sonic full marks for service. On Tuesday I called sonic re static /noise on my phone line. The person that answered the phone tried to resolve the issue over the phone but being unsuccessful organized for a technician to come to my house next day. Right on time next day wed a technician Barry came to my home tested the line and found issues like bad phone jacks/filters and faulty wiring that was causing the problem. He in a very professional and knowlegable way replaced the jacks/filters etc that were causing the problem and had everything running smoothly for me in a fast and efficient manner.I was very pleased with the service from barry and sonic.My other advise to customers and potential customers...don't buy modem elsewhere but rent it from sonic. it will pay for itself in the long run.
