Sunset San Francisco: lost internet connection around 1:30 am on June 26th

No internet and no updates on the support site. I restarted eero and still no internet.

It should be related to the email and text sent on Jun 17 about the rescheduled maintenance tonight.
Hello, this is Sonic, your internet service provider. We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Fiber network equipment next week, Wednesday, 6/25, starting at 11:59 PM PT with a maintenance window of ~4 hours. Could be maintenance, hard to tell since it’s not on sonic support site and no emails were sent to let us know that scheduled work started or about to start.

I concur. I have both Sonic and Comcast and we always receive a “pre-outage” message/reminder before service is turned down. I’ve worked and been a customer of ATT/Comcast/NBCU for over 20 years and as a not-so-quasi utility provider, we would never be this lackadaisical in our communication with customers.
