Hello Sonic Team and Community,
I am writing to formally request and demonstrate the high demand for a fiber network expansion to a specific coverage gap in San Francisco's Inner Sunset neighborhood, focusing on Judah Street.
I am a recent resident of this block and a former, very happy Sonic customer from my previous address. The difference in service quality after being forced to switch to the local monopoly provider is stark. My positive experience with Sonic's symmetrical speeds, fair pricing, and reliable service is precisely why I am motivated to create this appeal. I am eager to return as a customer.
To consolidate the demand and make a clear business case for this expansion, I have started a petition. We are a concentrated group of residents ready to sign up for service the moment it becomes available.
