Hi everyone,

My sonic internet is going to be installed in a week and I want the ONT to be in my server (located in the center of my house).

In order for this to happen, the fiber needs to run through my attic and drop into an existing conduit that leads into the server box.

Will Sonic place the exterior fiber optic transition box at attic level on the exterior of my home and how long of a fiber between the ONT and the transition box will they provide?

I will be crawling in my attic to secure and run the cable into the conduit.

This is very similar to what I have: conduit from attic to server room in the basement. When Sonic installed the drop to my house they left a big spool of fiber hanging on the corner of the house by the roof. Then, when the installer came I asked him to put the transition box right there and pop it into the attic space. He was happy to do it and we then ran the fiber down the conduit and he installed the ONT in my server room. All exactly how I asked him to do it.

Thanks! Looking forward to my install
