Unpermitted Pole in San Lorenzo

Ugh, I'm super bummed out right now.
Neighbor 1, 5 doors down got Sonic a week after being solicited by a sonic rep on the streets.
Neighbor 2, 3 doors down (waitlist for 2 years) was initially ineligible (assuming for the same reason I am not) but called customer service and got an install date next week.
Me on the waitlist for almost a year am being told I can't get sonic because of "more than 1 unpermitted pole near by"
There's a pole literally in my front yard, I'm guessing there is some sort of red tape or something not allowing the fiber to run to it...
I upgraded my network infrastructure at home to support 10GBe with full IDS/IPS, updated all my AP's to wifi7, have ATT on speed dial to cancel as soon as sonic was installed all in anticipation of getting Sonic.
Is there any hope for me to get sonic? Everyone I have spoken to at Sonic has been great, no complaints at all but wondering if I should wallow in sadness or keep up hope here.
Thanks!
