Access in Redwood City, CA - neighbor across the street has service

I'm currently a Fusion customer and noticed that 10G Sonic service is available for my neighbor across the street. Last week I checked for 10G service availability and it was in the planning phase; today it doesn't even show a status anymore.

I understand that there are several hurdles to adding new service; just voicing my support for more service in 94061!

Sorry for any issues you're having with the fiber status tool. I just checked the status and see that it is, in fact, still in the planning phase. We don't appear to have a timeline we can provide at the moment, but I'll see if I can get any updates on fiber in your neighborhood and post another response here later this week.
