question #1

I am looking at fax since I plan to have an "medical" video interview soon. I know I probably need
to send sensitive #s (medical #s, insurance #s, etc). How secure is the sonic's fax? Is it secure
from end-to-end (not server-to-server)? I know email is not secure.

question #2
Is there a way to receive fax notice? I do NOT want the sensitive fax (which probably contains
sensitive #s) sent to my email. Just a note to my email saying I have a fax.

Hi Raymond,

I would recommend taking a look at this thread asking similar questions that were answered by our System Architect, Kelsey : viewtopic.php?p=16181&hilit=%5Bsecure%5 ... %5D#p16181

Regarding your second question, unfortunately, that's not possible on our Faxline service. All incoming faxes are delivered via PDF to your email as the Faxline tool itself doesn't store faxes.

I hope this helps!

Kind regards,
Brandon C.
