I pre-ordered for the service and it said 2 months free. Does that mean the first 2 months when service is live or when the pre-order was placed? To clarify, the service isn't live in the area yet but its in the construction phase

Once service is installed and activated, the first two months would be free, if that was the offer available when you pre-ordered.
