I signed up for Sonic as it was listed available in Glassell Park. Curious, would you be able to provide a raw estimate as to when it will be fully functional? I'm excited to ditch Spectrum. Hopefully sooner than later. I've already upgraded my home network for 10gbit.

We're currently in the pre-construction phase of your area. This is where we apply for permits to install our infrastructure with the city, and it can take a while to complete since we're simply waiting on the city for approval.

At this stage of the project, we are unable to provide estimates on when the service will be ready for installation. However, once we move into the construction phase, we'll start providing estimated forecasts for completion.
