I’ve had no issues for about a month.
Pretty solid up until this morning.
This morning didn’t have internet.
I checked the ont and the “optical” status light was red.
I rebooted the ont. first time the internet came back for a couple of minutes.
Tried rebooting again.
This time internet came back and it seemed like it was “fixed”.

I was out for about three hours and just came back: internet is gone again.
Same red light status for “optical” light.

Rebooting does not seem to help as I’ve tried a few times already. Same red light for “optical”.

Is there a known issue right now?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with the connection. I see that you already contacted our tech support yesterday and we scheduled a dispatch for you tomorrow. It most likely is something as simple as a loose connecter at the termination box, a fiber end that went bad, or a faulty ONT, all of which should be pretty fast and simple to fix. I've applied a month's credit to your account for the inconvenience and downtime.
