Possibilities for fiber in SF North Mission (Duboce St.)

Dear Sonic,

I live in a side street off Duboce in SF 94013 (Elgin Park). Previously I was told that there were bad poles that had prevented installation when that part of SF was being built out. Any chance on this being revisited? I am a legacy Fusion customer, living on borrowed time. I've had great experiences with Sonic support, but at some point the AT&T copper is going to go dark. Help!

Best,
Jim

We do revisit areas in cases like this with bad poles at some point. If the poles are still bad or dilapidated, then we're most likely still waiting for PG&E/AT&T to repair them. If they have been repaired/replaced since then, then we're most likely going to revist the neighborhood to initiate plans for deployment in the future, but I can't say when that would happen at this time unfortunately.

Kind regards,
