Upselling spam from competitors

I want to thank Sonic for not flooding my mailbox with upselling pleas. ATT keeps calling and emailing, hoping to get me back. No, I don't want your phones. They've been doing that since I signed up with them a year ago, pushing me to add their cellular service every day.

Before I was a Sonic customer, I saw a postcard maybe once a week. I resisted until a salesperson went door to door in my neighborhood to report the 10 Gbps service. I was resistant at first, as I am with any sales pitch, but 10x the speed for half the price was too hard to resist, and the sales guy knew the tech (I've been doing network stuff since the 80s) so I couldn't resist.

So I'm very happy with how low-key Sonic has been with sales. Thanks, guys. You're doing it right.
