Yo Sonicians,

I'm still getting the following message when I try to run stats (and some widgets) at my Sonic-hosted WordPress blog, http://metaphorager.net:

User Agent: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/131.0.0.0 Safari/537.36"
Page URL: "http://metaphorager.net/test/wp-admin/a ... &width=792"
API URL: "https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admi ... 75&j=1:6.5"
http_request_failed: "cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate"

Is this something you can help me with?

Be well, and thanks in advance,

Neal

Good afternoon,

Hosting is a Legacy service. We discontinued offering and working with SSL certificates a few years ago as we encouraged customers to relocate their web hosting to alternative providers. Additionally, the error you are reporting is not a certification issue. At this time there is no intended fix for this issue and there is unlikely to be one in the future as we continue to move away from Hosting services.

It looks like you reported this same issue back in this forum post [viewtopic.php?t=18211&hilit=SSL+certificate] and our Software Engineer did suggest finding another web hosting provider. It also appears that another user offered their assistance with migrating your site if you were so interested.
Thank you,
Krissy
