I tried to send a fax yesterday. I did it twice because I received no confirmation after the first time. Same thing the second time around. I don't know if the fax went through because I receive no confirmation through email, nor can I see any status. Is there a limit on file send using the fax function? I was trying to send a pdf that is about 3 mb. I was able to use fax function a few years ago but not this time. Thank you for any helps.

Have you tried checking the status using the "View Sent Faxes" link (in tiny print) at the bottom of the "Send A Fax" page?

I just sent a test fax to my Sonic Faxline number and it went through quickly. I received both the acknowledgment and the incoming fax at the same time.

I just tried and it doesn't display anything sent.

I modified my pdf so it's smaller: 0.5 MB instead of 3.0 MB, and just sent it and now it works!
