FAXes sent has no history

Hi,

We created a FAXline but when we sent it to a recipient there is no history of any successful or unsuccessful transmission. Is it placed in a queue for later processing? We called the number we wanted to send and it does answer with the tones.

If you go to the Send-A-Fax tool, it should have an entry for any faxes that were successfully submitted. I see one outbound fax on your account from Saturday, January 4th. You should also get an email confirmation once the fax is sent or if it fails.

We got it resolved per another message posted here. We recreated the body so that it's 0.5 MB instead of 3.0 MB then we got the queued transmission. Prior to that there weren't any.

Maybe there is a limit on the PDF transmission size and anything above that the system silently aborts?
