Lost service @ 94602 (Oakland)

Internet and phone went down at 1PM. Checked fiber line
and it seemed dead...

Another 94602 customer here with internet down for about 7 hours now. Did receive an automated text from sonic at 8:06 am acknowledging the issue, but no updates since. Unable to contact support today because of the holiday schedule, not a good day for internet service to go down!
and it seemed dead...
