Hello!
Are you experiencing any slowdowns or issues with your service, or is it just a long ping time to that hop?
Generally, high ping times on a single hop indicate that the IP you are trying to pin does not reply to ping responses instantly, thus giving you a huge ping time. If you are having connection issues, then this might be a problem. Let me know!
Best Wishes!

I am experiencing general slowness and weirdness (videos in Youtube stutter or pause; videos in Reddit claim to be "not available" even though they are), etc. Is there a way to check the health of the network for the last mile?
On my phone, I have resorted to just turning off WiFi and using cellular data.

Hello!
Do you have slowness when connect via ethernet or is this just on WiFi?
If it's just on WiFi, then it might just be the limitations of your router/devices. We can get you some eero 6Es to see if they improve your WiFi connection. (Each are $10 a month but we will waive the equipment rentals for a few months so you can test them out.)
Best Wishes!
