I am using the BG320W as a router for my AT&T fiber connection (no other choice while waiting for a Sonic line). Lately, I noticed that the firewall -> security options tab of the router's administration webpage becomes hidden a short while after factory reset (it should show the parental control options). The blank page shows "Page not found", and the path ends with "cgi-bin/hiddenpage.ha". Has any of you observed this behavior?
I am generally concerned about security issues with my network. The extended dnsleaktest.com now shows north of 30 addresses (it used to be 3 from Woodynet), from Cloudfare - even though I set up the DNS to use quad9 on my laptop; the quad9 address 9.9.9.9 shows up in UDP entries with a NAT source address from a lightspeed.sntcca.sbcglobal.net host; I see many ip addresses without owner in reverse lookup; there is a SYN_SENT IPV6 entry from unknown origin; after reset the NAT table is quickly inundated by UDP entries (it was not the case in the past). The log file shows various ICMPv6 entries. If you know of a good guide on how to analyze the NAT and log tables, I would appreciate the pointer.
Thanks -
