I created an email box in order to give my wife login access for members.sonic.net features like the fax sending but it's currently pretty locked down. For the fax sending she is unable to see the lists of sent and received faxes. Otherwise she's limited on most bits of account visibility. Is there a way to elevate her permissions for that login, or at least enable the remaining fax features? I have my login info shared in our password manager but with MFA turned on it's an annoyance.

Sadly, email accounts are limited for a reason. They are only there to perform email functions. I suggest, in this case, that you add your wife's phone number to the MFA SMS list. This would allow her to log in without having to go check your phone.

I'll see if this is something we want to add to our member tools in the future.
