Now that Sonic has removed SSH access, I have noticed that all my files and directories, scripts, etc. that were in my home folder appear to be missing.

I have tried to access them via FTP so I can at least download them to my personal device.

I have also called Sonic Tech Support and they told me to post here in the forums. Talk about a terrible user/support experience.

How can I get access to my files that were in my home folder?

Luckily, I am able to download my WWW_pages folders...
