My status page says it’s coming this month. Is it really going to happen? When I first placed my order on January 4th, 2022, i was told it would be a few months. Well 33 months later, I’d love to be able to call Comcast and break up with them.

The forecasted go-live is subject to change, and we will do our best to provide accurate estimates. However, it doesn't look like the October estimate will be completed. We hope the build-out for your area will be completed in the next couple of months.

Our fiber build-outs can encounter delays, such as overloaded poles and permitting. These delays can be really impactful, but we try our best to work through them as quickly as we can.
