Seeing a lot of network downtime San Jose CA area

I filed a case on this but never heard back. There is seeming a lot of downtime happening on my San Jose home. Anyone else monitoring theirs in SJ? I have had guest complaining about it, so I threw a Thousand Eyes monitor on it and voila! its true!
