I'm seeing really poor connectivity right now - my Speedof.me is showing ~50MBs, jumping around a lot - usually hovers around 300MB/s or better.

Thank you for posting the information regarding your poor connection. I don't see anything on our end that should have caused this. I was able to check your circuit status back on the date this was posted and I don't see any drops in service or interruptions.

Are the issues still ongoing?

How is your router performing?

It appears your Optical Network Terminal was recently power cycled. Did this resolve the issue?
