We're now going on day 2 of a network outage in North San Jose. Technically, the service was up from 3 pm until about 8:30 am this morning. Any info on why this is happening two days in a row? Sonic has been very good with communicating the outages to us via text and email, but no transparency on what's causing the issue and it's difficult to get work done with two consecutive days of outages without much faith that a fix will be long term.

Looking at the reports, it seems that a back-end swap was made to bring our customers back online. This should have been a long-term fix, but it failed again. There is some type of physical damage we did not see the first time around(since everyone came back up after the first fix was made). We currently have Techs dispatched to see what is going on. Hopefully, they will be able to get the service back up and running soon.
