Status update?

Our original go live date was March 2023. We've seen cablemen running the fiber prior to this date. For a while there was regular work crews. But since August 2023 until now we seen maybe two visits (in the last two months) from a splicing crew. It's possible they are finished. But why does the go live date keep getting kicked forward month by month since last December? Are there city approval issues?

Can we get a real go live date in our neighborhood?

Hello,

We are sorry to hear that. We're likely still waiting for the city to approve the permit for your area. If you would like to PM us your address, we can check the status of the project in your area to see if this is what is causing the delay. Thank you for your patience.

I'm a new customer who is also living in San Leandro. I have been scheduled an appointment for installation later this month, does that mean my area already have deployment or will I be having a similar situation as OP?
