Fusion X2 6RD Not Working?

Not sure how widespread this is but IPv6 over the 6RD tunnel is not working for me. Anyone experiencing anything similar?
No configuration change on my end but looks like it might have stopped working around 2:30am on Thursday.
I emailed support but they wouldn't even look at it. Tried a reboot but didn't work.

The settings look unchanged for "6RD Without the Pace411N or 5268AC"
I'm only able to ping the gateway 2602:24b:8179:10::1 everything else timesout.

Can somebody at Sonic please check on the status of the 6rd gateway?
Everything was humming along until suddenly Thursday morning it stopped. This is in the Mountain View region if that's relevant.

I believe we have located and resolved the problem. Can you confirm it is working again on your end?
