I was recently a bit surprised to learn that Sonic no longer offers re-sold fiber services through ATT ( I guess this has been a thing for a long time..? ) and I have concerns for the future. As of now my service area isn't even a blip on Sonic's radar and I fear what the future potentially holds. What happens when ATT decides to just eliminate my service or Sonic decides to eliminate my service? Using Sonic's address check tool shows me they have zero available services for my area which is disheartening to say the least. Should I be at all concerned about losing my access at some point? Just being cautious..

Thanks for expressing your concerns about our resold AT&T fiber. While we aren't currently taking new orders for IPBB service with AT&T, we have no plans to phase out customers with that service. As a Sonic customer, you are automatically part of our ongoing evaluations of fiber network and while we don't have a timeline that we can offer for your address, our fiber expansion has grown exponentially over the last several years and we're working towards bringing it everywhere we offer our other services. You can rest assured that until that time, as long as you don't move or cancel with us, you will have a reliable internet connection.
