Sonic phone staff wasn't able to find any specific info, so posting for @dane or any other Sonic engineering staff here: what is likelihood/timing for finally installing fiber on 200 block of Duncan Street in SF, 94131? The utility poles were all replaced several years ago. What is the status now?

Hello! Unfortunately, we do not have any official plans for fiber in your area, so I won't be able to give you an estimate. That said, Sonic is expanding faster than ever, and we hope to convert all of our DSL and IPBB customers to fiber as soon as possible. Since you are already a Sonic customer, you will be notified once Fiber becomes available.

I assume nothing has changed for this zip code? We are moving there soon and unfortunately we will need to stop being Sonic customers. We will absolutely come back if you build out and offer service.
