Something called Spamhaus is blocking a legitimate sender's IP address and email from reaching my Inbox. It is called Reader Supported News, or RSN. Communication with Sonic tech support that includes the website or the email goes straight to graymail whether from Sonic Support to me or me to Sonic Support. I could not forward their emails to me onward to Sonic, so I took a screen grab of some of the thread of communication which is attached below Can anyone help unblock this sender? Janis Dolnick
If a sender is repeatedly being blocked by spamhaus they are not a "well behaved sender" by most common interpretations. This would imply they're sending to spam trap accounts, not honoring unsubscribes, not using opt-in, purchasing lists and so on.
