My voice service quality has been inconsistent since I switched last year. I use my phone for business and some clients report suddenly not hearing me, or a loud screeching tone. I reported this once and then spent a couple days making a log of when this happens... then it was "fixed" ... but really it keeps happening. It's so embarrassing when speaking to a client and they get their ear drums blasted. Is there any permanent fix for this? What is causing it?
