Sonic not connecting to Microsoft networks (Xbox)?

For the past two days I've not been able to connect to Microsoft services (or it's extreeeeemly slow, as in one website opening after 5 minutes). This is on a PC and not on an Xbox, but even content within the Xbox app or Outlook won't load. We didn't change anything regarding our LAN or router.

Anybody else seeing this issue? I'm in the Los Angeles area.

If you are only experiencing this using those specific services, but your network is otherwise fine in all other respects, it's likely an issue with Microsoft's server. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to do anything on our side to resolve this, they will need to identify the trouble and resolve it on their end. This is especially true if you didn't change anything on your router/network otherwise. We hope this information helps. Take care.
