Availability In San Pablo

I am moving to a new location from Oakland to San Pablo, your
https://www.sonic.com/availability website says my new address (94806 area code) has 10Gb access, so yay ..
But when I called to put in a service request to hook the new place up the rep said, sorry, we don't have fiber there. Say what!??
Why have an availability website that is unreliable and completely wrong?
Part of our decision to move was because it had Sonic access, but now turns out it doesn't? All I got was "it's coming" but I'm moving in a few weeks, so if Sonic isn't available I'm going to have to switch and be locked in a year long contract for some other bs service

Hello!
It seems we are still building out our service in that area. Sadly, we do not have an exact date for when our service will be live.If you do go with a different service provider and they have a contract that you need to break, we can help cover that cost. You can find that information here
https://help.sonic.com/hc/en-us/article ... act-Buyout.
I hope this was helpful!
Best Wishes!

The 94806 area code has been in construction phase for a little while and when I checked in July a Sonic rep told me it would start rolling out in August, but unsure whether it was early or late August.
I have it pre-ordered for the new address but was wondering if there any progress being made, or any chance of narrowing it down?
I'd hate to have to go through the trouble of signing up with an inferior service like Xfinity or AT&T only to have to cancel a few weeks later.

Any chance i can get an update on this ?
Your forecasted fiber live date is: August 2024
It has not been changed/updated, so does that mean we can expect it this month, or will it eventually get delayed?

Can somebody give me an update on this ?
It still says target date is August 2024, but with less than a week to go I wonder if this is going to get pushed back or not.
I have been seeing 2-3 cars/trucks in the area so there is activity going on.

Now the Fiber Access Tool has no updates anymore.
Does this mean it's finally available ?
