Availability In San Pablo

I am moving to a new location from Oakland to San Pablo, your https://www.sonic.com/availability website says my new address (94806 area code) has 10Gb access, so yay ..

But when I called to put in a service request to hook the new place up the rep said, sorry, we don't have fiber there. Say what!??

Why have an availability website that is unreliable and completely wrong?

Part of our decision to move was because it had Sonic access, but now turns out it doesn't? All I got was "it's coming" but I'm moving in a few weeks, so if Sonic isn't available I'm going to have to switch and be locked in a year long contract for some other bs service :(

Hello!

It seems we are still building out our service in that area. Sadly, we do not have an exact date for when our service will be live.If you do go with a different service provider and they have a contract that you need to break, we can help cover that cost. You can find that information here https://help.sonic.com/hc/en-us/article ... act-Buyout.

I hope this was helpful!

Best Wishes!
