Sound drop-outs in Oakland California -TWO copies of NBC Sports Broadcast in Hulu??

Watching Warriors vs Pelican's on NBC sports. Sound is dropping over and over. Went looking for another path, Found another NBC Sports broadcast (Hulu) and its OK. So its not the source, it's something wrong in the fibre. Problem started in the last 5 minutes of 2nd quarter, continued all the way through halftime. Its complete gibberish, if we couldn't find the working version, I'd have muted it.
