Request: Blocklist and Welcomelist email directly from inside Webmail.

Customer says they use to be able to go into webmail, click on Inbox, and she use to be able to click blocklist entry or welcomelist entry from within there (use to be to the far right side after attachement, flag, star). Says the options are no longer there. She is requesting that it be readded as going through Member Tools is not something she wants to do.
