Been receiving messages from Linux Mint Update Manager regarding inability to connect to the ubuntu mirror for the past week or so. It's been prompting me to choose a different mirror. Just received the following:

Cannot initiate the connection to mirrors.sonic.net:80 (2001:5a8:601:4003:157:131:224:201). - connect (101: Network is unreachable) Could not connect to mirrors.sonic.net:80 (157.131.224.201), connection timed out

Is this a known problem?

Hi seank,

We've received some reports with our mirrors server lately, and we're looking into it.

I've updated the apache config to handle the load on the server better, this should probably resolve the timeout issues. We're also going to stuff a bunch more ram into the host for ZFS ARC and when that's completed will add an SSD for L2ARC. That should improve responsiveness and throughput since the HDDs are getting a little thrashed.
