West Oakland had a power outage Monday night, and when the power returned, the internet service did not come back. I tried restarting the ONT and the router, but the GE light went out after blinking, while the power and the fiber lights turned solid green. Connecting to a laptop directly with a cable did not work either. It's too late to contact anyone so I'll have to check in the morning. I'm hoping this can be fixed asap, as I'm taking online classes with some deadlines coming up. Thanks!

Update: I called support this morning, and they said they needed to install a firmware update from their end. Supposedly I will have service again within 15 minutes.
Update #2 - still not working, so I will have a service call visit tomorrow.
