Sonic 10G Fiber in Hayward. Random Lags.

New Sonic customer in Hayward here.

Experience so far has been great. Install and getting online was super easy and straight forward.

once every 2 days, it will jam up and lag heavily for about 15-20 minutes. videos calls, streams, everything just stops. then it comes right back to full speed and usability.

Anyone experience anything similar? Any thoughts on what it might be?

Hello!

I am sorry to hear about the connection issues you have been having. I reviewed your account and the uptime for the ONT goes back a month. This might indicate an issue with the router or WiFi connection. I would try to see if this same disconnect happens when connected directly to the ONT. Let us know if anything changes!
