I can't say how long it might be until it's ready for your specific neighborhood quite yet, but searching up that area code, I do in fact see some customers up-and-running on 10gbps Fiber, so hopefully it should be ready for you in the near future!

I am also on 22nd Ave. I have not placed an order for an upgrade, but would like to know when it is available. By the way, is ipv6 in our area yet?
