As an eastern Santa Rosa hills resident I become very upset when I see a Sonic van in the neighborhood or at the grocery store because it is a constant reminder that Sonic is not giving me gigabit fiber. But you know who the real victim is here? Sonic employees who want to go into Annadel SP on the weekends but have to park in neighborhoods where there isn't good Sonic gigabit fiber! I know they want to have fun in Annadel and I guess Spring Lake/Howarth but they can't because they know that every time they cross into the park through Park Trail or Hoen (or the other ways), a part of their soul is destroyed. Destroyed because they know of the suffering experienced by under-internet-ed residents, and yet they are doing nothing to fix it! Nothing, even when their van is full of what I assume is cables and trenchers and interwebs!

How can Sonic execs torture their employees this way? Do the right thing and let your crew install fiber for the long-suffering hill people east of Summerfield! And I guess people west of Summerfield but valley people... bleh. Bring relief to your employees!

Hello!

We are working as quickly as possible to expand our fiber service. Hopefully, we will have an announcement for your area soon!

Best Wishes!

...also in eastern Santa Rosa. It appears that all the streets around us have sonic fiber, but not on our dead end street. Really wish that Sonic could give us a realistic time frame

Hello! Unfortunately, building out Fiber takes more work and time to complete in areas where underground work is required. At this time, I don't have a safe estimate I can provide, but we are working on bringing fiber everywhere we currently have DSL and IPBB. Since you are already a Sonic customer, we will let you know as soon as an upgrade becomes available. Hopefully, we can reach you soon!
