We currently don't have any ETA for 10gbps Fiber for that area yet. Since you are an existing customer, you will receive an email as soon as it's been announced for deployment in your neighborhood, then another email as soon as it's available to place the upgrade order.

Did you place the upgrade request in the Member Tools? It can be found in the Connections section, at https://members.sonic.net/
