Here is some information i was able to get.
We continue to wait for City approval there, they're holding up the project until some of the earlier safety bypass poles are removed. I think they don't trust that we'll take care of them unless they've got some leverage, and they're holding residents there hostage as a result. Just my own speculation, but this isn't typical in other cities where we build, and it's resulted in a lot of delay. Sorry about that!

That's good info; I wish I knew the hold up was on the city side a couple weeks ago when I was talking to Vice Mayor Obringer.
