Lately there will be a day or so with a spate of porn spam landing in my mailbox. It's pretty obvious from the subject what it is. It's been happening with more frequency lately. Is there anything I can do at my end other than roll my eyes and delete?

The best steps to take in order to prevent unwanted spam is blocklist the address the email originated from and block list the subject. After reviewing your account, I see that you have quite a few items blocklisted, but the following may be helpful to review and implement.
