Business Service in a New Construction Area.

As I mentioned in another thread, we live in what will be a new service area for you. We plan to order residential service, but would also be interested in business service for a second location very close by. In this thread, it is mentioned that you offer several different types of service, but all seemed to be capped at 10Gb/s (or at least that is all that was mentioned. We require static IP, so the lowest tier would not work for us, and while we may start at 10Gb/s, we expect to need 25Gb/s fairly soon. Is that something you offer? We work in film production and need to upload 1-3 TB after every shoot day, so we would be happy with asymmetric service, just not in the mode I am sure you offer it (we need way more upload than download).

I posted some of these questions over at DSL reports, but got no response (your forum there seems fairly dead).

Thanks for inquiring about our fiber service! Unfortunately, the maximum speeds we have available is symmetrical 10 Gbps and static IP is not an option. Our service is also not really designed for that level of uploading. Hopefully, we can offer a faster service sometime in the future.

Got it. So far I have to say I am not very impressed by your company. From taking pre-orders with no idea at all when (or even if) service will ever be available, to responding without bothering to really read the question being asked. Even your second response does not answer my question, it just makes it my problem to try somewhere else within your company to maybe get an answer.
